§ 5.20.020. Location of show

It is unlawful for any show to locate on any of the three blocks on Main Street from 4th Avenue to 6th Avenue. It is unlawful for a show to locate on any lot or lots, or on street or railroad right-of-way without the show being able to produce a petition signed by all residents within a block of that proposed location stating that the location of the show at the proposed site is satisfactory. Upon application the city council may waive this section.
