§ 5.20.030. License required

It is unlawful for any show such as described in this chapter to exhibit within the corporate limits of the city without first having obtained and paid for a license. The city council may waive the license fee if the show is sponsored by any local charitable, patriotic, fraternal or civic organization, even though the show is not under the exclusive classification set out in this chapter.
