§ 9.04.060. Duty of citizens

It is unlawful for any person, when so requested, to refuse to aid and assist any peace officer of the city to suppress any riot or disturbance, any unlawful assemblage or to arrest or attempt to arrest a person for any violation of any ordinance of the city or to prevent the violation of any of such ordinances.
