§ 6.08.080. Hardship cases

The poundmaster shall at his or her discretion provide for the vaccination of any dog or dogs, cat or cats, without cost to the owner or harborer thereof in hardship cases and in such instances that vaccination service is not available elsewhere for a reasonable fee.
