§ 5.08.050. Issuance of license

No license shall be issued to any on-sale or off-sale dealer in any alcoholic beverage, under this chapter, unless such licensee has first complied with, and made application for such license in the manner required by the laws of the state of South Dakota and rules and regulations of the Commissioner of Revenue of the state of South Dakota.
