§ 2.28.020. Membership

The Wall civil defense council is created and shall consist of the following: (a) the members of the common council and the mayor: the chairperson of the common council will act as chairperson of the civil defense council; (b) the director of civil defense, who shall be appointed by the mayor and approved by the city council.
