§ 2.20.090. General duties and purpose

It shall be the function and duty of the commission herein to make and adopt a plan for the physical development of the municipality, including any area outside the boundaries and within its planning jurisdiction which, in the planning commission's determination, bear relation to the plan of the city. It shall be the commission's further function to perform all of the duties conferred upon the planning commission and the city council of Wall by Title 11 of the South Dakota Compiled Laws. Such further actions are expressly authorized.
