§ 2.16.090. Secretary

  • It shall be the duty of the secretary to attend all regular and special meetings and to keep an accurate record of all meeting minutes and provide a copy to each member of the department. All minutes shall be approved by the membership of the department. A copy of these minutes shall be filed with the city finance officer and copies provided to the mayor and the Wall city council. All minutes shall be approved by the city council at the following regular meeting. The secretary shall keep a list of all the members of the department, showing their names, dates of birth and dates of becoming members in a book known as the "Book of Membership."
