§ 2.16.060. Assistant chief I and assistant chief II

The assistant fire chief I shall, in the absence of the chief or the inability to act, assume the duties of the chief. The assistant chief II shall, in the absence of the assistant chief I or the inability to act, assume the duties of the chief.
