§ 2.08.080. Publications

The finance officer shall deliver to the official newspaper within seven days; pursuant to SDCL 9-18-1.1 a full account of the proceedings of each meeting of the common council, giving a detailed statement of all expenditures of money, the names of the persons to whom payment is made and showing the services rendered therefore. The newspaper publishing such proceedings shall receive payment as set by South Dakota state law.
