§ 2.08.070. Public records

Latest version.

Every city officer shall keep a record of the official acts and proceedings of his or her office, and such record, shall be open to public inspection during the business hours under reasonable restriction. Fees shall be charged for copies of any public records that are requested pursuant to SDCL 1-27-35.
