§ 2.08.030. Qualifications

The mayor and alderman shall qualify by filing the municipal oath with the city finance officer. All other officers may be required to take an oath of office before entering upon the discharge of duties. The oath shall be subscribed by the person taking it and shall be filed and preserved in the office of the finance officer.
