§ 13.08.120. Charge to temporarily disconnect service

If any owner or occupant of a residential premises desires to have water shut off or discontinued for a period of a month or more, there shall be a charge of twenty-five dollars ($25.00) to re-establish the service. If the water is not shut off, the minimum charges will be assessed.
