§ 13.08.100. Rates

Unless otherwise provided by ordinance amendatory hereof, supplemental hereto, or resolution pertaining to water main hook-up fees, the rates, charges, and rentals for service and benefits furnished by the water system shall be as follows: Unsubsidized fees, availability charges, hook-up fees and water rates for residential, commercial, out of city limits user, and special water will be set by resolution by the Wall city council.
