§ 12.12.010. Tractor damage

  • It is unlawful for the owner of operator of any type of traction engine, whether the same be operated by steam, gasoline, or other power, to permit the same to be upon or across any pavement, concrete, or bituminous or concrete sidewalk in the city without having adequately protected the same from injury therefrom by planking the same and any person who shall cause any damage in the premises herein shall be liable to the city or the owner of the adjacent property therefor.
