§ 10.08.010. Definitions

As used in this chapter:

"Operator" means a person who operates or is in actual control of a snowmobile.

"Snowmobile" means any vehicle propelled by mechanical power that is primarily designated to travel over ice or snow supported in whole or in part by skis, belts or cleats.

"Street" means every highway and street within the corporate limits of the city.
