§ 1.08.010. Territorial boundaries

The city shall include all territory embraced within the original town or city together with all subsequent additions taken into the city since that time, less territory legally excluded therefrom, if any, according to the recorded plats thereof recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Pennington County, South Dakota.
