§ 5.24.030. Video lottery machine establishments

Not more that one authorization for a video lottery machine establishment as provided in SDCL Section 43-7A-64 will be granted for each five hundred (500) population of the city as determined each January 1st by the city finance officer. No establishment authorized for a video lottery machine establishment may be denied authorization in subsequent years solely by reason or any limitations the numbers of under the provisions of this section. The quotas established in this section do not apply to other licenses issued.
